It tells the story of our descent into consumerism to keep us from holding the elite to account for their actions. I'm surprised Adam Curtis hasn't started the revolution yet, I'd follow him. And secondly FLORENCE & THE MACHINE'S album 'Lungs' is now available and definitely worth a few bob, hints of kate bush, regina spektor and all your dreams and drug experiences...it's wonderful. The songs will take you far away from the rain, rain, rain that is this summer 2009.
It's probably not too cool to say you sit at home most nights either watching a documentary or cooking but sod it, I like what I like. And I really like ADAM CURTIS. He is a documentary filmmaker with an esquisite style, like a visual argument his films slam you with one idea after another coupled with fantastic stock footage. His films make you want a revolution and give you a fresh take on the world you simply cannot miss getting hold of 'The Trap' about the west's lack of any real freedom.
